On Wednesday January 12 We will host a wine tasting from a NY State winery as part of this event in our Gallery and Studios. Tickets are required, please see below for more info. We are not sure which winery will be in out gallery as of yet.

COHOES – Harmony House Marketplace, along with Sticky Fingers and R & G Cheesemakers, will be the hosts of Three-Part Harmony: PART II — A Celebration of Local Food, Wine, & Art, scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 12th, at the Harmony House, 184-190 Remsen St. in historic downtown Cohoes.
Well known local chefs will be preparing soups/stews for tasting and pairing their creations with New York State wines and local artists pieces. The Bake Shop at Harmony House will be baking breads to accompany the soups/stews and Sticky Fingers will be serving chocolate soup for dessert.
Participating chefs: Noah Sheetz, executive chef, Governor’s Mansion, Albany; Rebecca Joyner director of dining services, Darrow School and Brock & Co.; Larry Schepici, executive chef, The Brown Derby, Albany; Nicci Cagan, director, From the Ground Up; AJ Jayapal, Miss Sydney’s Condiments and Sauces; Jeff Loshinsky Catering (John Peterson) and Rocco Verrigni from Schenectady County Community College.
*Local favorite Bob Lewandusky, Mr. Perogie, will be on hand with samples of his famous Polish dumplings.
Participating vintners/distributors: Brian from Hudson-Chatham Winery and Marc Lebo from Bear Pond Winery.
Participating artists: Barbara Hildreth, BeauKnits, fiber arts; Bob Gullie, Jon Gernon, and Eric Laffer, Remsen Street Studios (upstairs in their gallery), multimedia arts; Devin Dascher, artist and musician; Herb Hyde, author; and Nicholas Walster, photographer.
