Resident Artist Space Available

We are currently looking for a new resident artist, writer or designer to join the Remsen Street Studios. The space will be available on January 1, 2011. Rent is $150 a month + 1 month deposit and we are looking for a one year commitment. Includes your own studio/ office space, shared gallery space, 24 hour access, heat, hot water, central air and private entrance. On street parking and parking lot across the street.
